Make it last!

Summerdays are here and now but how do we make them last longer?! You might just want to try to slow things down a little. Move your mind with a calm attitude. Move your body with gentle movements. Focus on your breathing to keep yourself truly calm and relaxed. That is a great way to actually enjoy the moment even more and when moving slow you will get to the magic point of getting more things done, being more efficient without adding stress to mess things up! Stay in the moment and you will enjoy it even more. Try to relax your mind from planning the future for a couple of sunny days and just allow yourself to enjoy a no thought state of mind. It is ok to do nothing once in a while! Let that be your challange for a day or two and make the most of doing less to give yourself a good holiday rest! :-)
